Brake pads and rotors on my Charger, where do you guys go?

Need to get the front brakes done on my Charger, there's a grinding noise that's been getting louder and I've definitely left it longer than I should have. The dealer quoted me an amount that honestly felt like a joke for pads and rotors, so I'm looking elsewhere. I stay in Khalifa City so something nearby would be ideal, but I'm willing to drive a bit if the work is genuinely good. The thing is I don't want some random place throwing cheap pads on and calling it a day, these cars are heavy and I'd rather do it properly once. A neighbour mentioned he found the Best Dodge repair in Khalifa City through some forum but couldn't remember the name, typical. Anyone here had brake work done on a Charger or Challenger recently and can share what you paid and whether you were happy with it? Also do I actually need rotors or is that just something shops push.
